Factorial is an HR Software startup founded 5 years ago. Our mission is helping small and medium companies automate HR workflows, centralize people data and make better business decisions. Currently we serve thousands of customers in over 60 countries all over the world and across industries, we built a super talented team of over +350 people in its headquarters in sunny Barcelona, and this year we opened offices in Mexico City, Sao Paulo and Salt Lake City. We also closed over $100M in funding with top international venture capital firms (Tiger Global, CRV, Creandum, Point Nine Capital and K Fund).

**The Role**

We are looking for someone who helps us administrate our office in **Sao Paulo**. You'll will be the first person to help us manage and support the thrilling sales and customer experience teams that we have in **Brazil**. We look for a person with exceptional organizational skills, able to handle anything that comes in our way, from HR and office management to Finance (coordinated with headquarters in Barcelona).

You will be in charge of managing administration operations, build processes, communication and safety. Not only will this person achieve organizational efficiently, but also nurturing a pleasant work environment our people love.

**What will I be doing?**
- Office management. Everything from purchases, negotiating better services and conditions with Wework (our host), maintaining equipment, and offering It support to the team.
- HR. Planning and coordinating new employee onboardings, offboarding’s, training and communication, coordination with our labor advisor to manage payroll.
- Recruitment. Plan and coordinate recruitment processes for **Sao Paulo´s office**, with support from Headquarters.
- Invoicing and expenses reporting along with the Finance team in Barcelona, in accordance with our rolling budget.

**Requirements**:

- English and Portuguese working proficiency
- Excel spreadsheets in advanced level
- Purchasing and negotiation skills
- Inventory control
- Organization and process building and enforcing
- Communication
