**About the role**:
As Business Manager for Cash Management, you will be part of our Corporate Banking Sales team with ambitious targets to deliver high quality advisory and relationship management to our clients. The areas we cover are cash and liquidity management solutions and working capital financing.

We are truly an international organisation, and the local teams are supported by multiple global expert service and operations teams. Cross collaboration with colleagues in other sites and local client relationship teams is essential part of the role as we believe in shared goals and collaboration.

As a Business Manager in Cash Management, you are responsible for the sales strategy, income growth and execution in your product area for a selected client portfolio. The main responsibilities are to build strong partnerships and structure value adding solutions to our clients. You will have the opportunity to be part of global initiatives and share your ideas.

Business Manager at SEB is a senior level sale role, and we are expecting profitable sales growth, high quality advisory, analytical and presentation skills. We put emphasis on client focus, quality, profitability and collaboration. A Business Manager is expected to have a proactive and solution driven mindset.

- Passion and a proven track record in successful client relationship management
- Previous experience from sales
- Effective presentation skills with excellent communication and networking abilities
- The ability and enthusiasm to structure value adding solutions
- The capability to manage product profitability and risks
- Self-leadership and excellent coordination skills
- A minimum of 5 years of working experience in cash and liquidity management (considered a benefit)
- Fluency in Swedish and English
