Com a nova resolução da CVM nº 175, estamos montando um time para realizar toda a adaptação dos fundos à nova norma.

**Atividades da Posição**:

- Estruturar e coordenar uma equipe que fará a adaptação dos fundos administrador pelo BNY Mellon à Res. CVM 175, um marco regulatório no mercado de fundos de investimentos;
- Contato com diversas áreas internas e com o cliente externo;
- Geração de relatórios periódicos com métricas e o andamento das adaptações;
- Dar o ritmo ao time para que os prazos sejam cumpridos;
- O núcleo será responsável por entender as mudanças da resolução CVM nº. 175, a necessidade do cliente, os requisitos operacionais internos e gerar toda a documentação societária do fundo, passando pelo fluxo de assembleia de cotistas e finalizando na comunicação com a CVM.

**Requisitos Obrigatórios**:

- Ensino superior completo, preferencialmente em Administração, Contabilidade, Economia, Engenharia ou afins ;
- Conhecimento do pacote Office, principalmente Excel ;
- Conhecimento do funcionamento do mercado financeiro.

**Requisito Desejável**:

- Experiência em Backoffice de Fundos e/ou Corretora.
