About the Team
The team is responsible for building the 3C category operation foundation for the e-commerce business in Brazil. The job scope will mainly be building a strong team according to 3C category operation logic, introducing high potential brands/merchants to e-commerce platform, and driving their growth with other teams & external partners in TikTok business.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Design the overall fashion category growth strategy for the business - to define goals, identify opportunities and design approaches;
2. Build and develop a strong team according to the fashion category growth priorities and business rationale;
3. Identify, acquire and incubate potential fashion brand principals, distributors and merchants to support category growth;
4. Discover innovative collaborative models that fit into merchants' short-term and long-term development plans, and invest platform resources effectively and efficiently;
5. Work with external service vendors and CAPs to help merchants with live streaming and short videos on TTS;
6. Solve key challenges in business growth by strong collaboration with cross-function teams;
7. Own internal projects to contribute to the ecosystem as a whole (including campaigns, product launches, B2B marketing.
**Qualifications**:
1. 10+ years experience in e-commerce business; a mixed experience in both platform side and brand/merchant side is highly preferred;
2. 5+ years experience in fashion categories;
3. 5+ years experience as people manager, to manage a significant team size; be hands on when needed;
4. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills;
5. A good team player, fast learner and open to changes;
6. Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical and strong in problem solving;
7. Familiar with TikTok and other content platforms; experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred;
8. Strong connections with brands and distributors are preferred.
