As a seasoned e-commerce professional, you will lead the development of our multi-category growth strategy for the Brazilian market. This includes designing and implementing plans to drive business growth, building and managing a high-performing team, and identifying and acquiring new brands and merchants to support category expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive multi-category growth strategy for the Brazilian market, including setting goals, identifying opportunities, and designing approaches
  • Build and manage a strong team of professionals with expertise in e-commerce, marketing, and sales
  • Identify, acquire, and incubate new brands and merchants to support category growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve key challenges in business growth
  • Own internal projects to contribute to the ecosystem as a whole

Requirements:

  • 10+ years experience in e-commerce business, with a mix of platform side and brand/merchant side experience
  • 5+ years experience as people manager, managing a significant team size
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • A good team player, fast learner, and open to changes
  • Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical and strong in problem solving
  • Familiar with TikTok and other content platforms
  • Strong connections with brands and distributors are preferred
