**Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization**:
To set a strategic direction and establish the strategic framework for Brazil’s complete media planning and activation ensuring a world class media management in close coordination with WMS Brazil (official media agency for adidas Brazil), adidas Brazil’s Brand Com and Digital teams and Regional adidas Media Activation Teams. To support a “media effectiveness and efficiency” holistic approach for business growth on short
- and long-terms and ensure optimal media spend across Brazil and across all media touchpoints for consumer centric media activation.

**Responsabilidades e atribuições** Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and drive Brazil media activation strategy to ensure a maximum target consumer impact to drive brand heat and drive business growth.
- In close coordination with Regional Performance Media team located in Panama and Brazil WMS, support Sr. Manager Digital to ensure ecom KPIs and NS achievement
- Drive Media Performance Culture 365 to stay innovative and forward-looking based on KPIs and analytical media practices
- Track, analyze, and course-correct media plans in all countries and share results with countries in LAM
- Ensure to comply with established process/practice as part of the consolidated LAM media activation
- Align with Regional Media Activation and WMS for the best media mix media threshold for brand campaigns to ensure maximum target consumer impact to drive brand equity building
- Be the go-to-person for media expertise focusing on performance media support (ecom growth) and brand media campaign planning and implementation, digital and analytics, attribution, campaign flighting, agency management, budgeting and media innovation for Brazil
- Work alongside internal teams and media agencies to garner audience insights and build the audience profiling files into effective communications and content distribution strategies
