Responsável por promover a cultura de gerenciamento de projetos na empresa, em todas as instâncias, no estilo padrão da empresa de gerenciamento de projetos, considerando documentação, metodologias, padrões, KPIs, dashboards e análise de rentabilidade; estar próximo da operação, tomando decisões do dia a dia com os Leads de produção e também decisões estratégicas validadas pelo diretor digital; garantir o melhor uso de ferramentas e processos para melhorar a governança do projeto com as partes interessadas; designar líderes de produção e gerentes de projetos para atuarem nos projetos internos do departamento, como forma de melhoria contínua na área; atuar no ponto de escala das questões de produção, sejam internas ou externas, junto aos clientes; acompanhar a rentabilidade das contas gerenciadas pela disciplina digital, levantando planos táticos e/ou estratégicos, envolvendo todos os líderes de departamentos; treinar e orientar a equipe de gerenciamento de projetos, considerando os perfis disponíveis na equipe, e o PDI de cada integrante;
