Account Director | eCommerce | eRetailers | Team Management Join to apply for the Account Director role at eStoreLabs. The Account Director role combines account management and team leadership. The mission is to lead and inspire the team to achieve desired objectives, budgets, and quality while maintaining high client satisfaction. Responsibilities Manage a dedicated part of the business from an operational point of view (Americas) Manage and coach a team of 5–7+ people, guiding them to deliver high‑quality projects Create strategy and act as an advisor in eCommerce development for clients and team Build long‑term relationships with clients through extensive analysis of their business needs, evaluating and developing clients (e.g., business reviews and KPI reporting), and continuously improving overall client experience Support the sales team with information and input for pitches Generate innovative ideas to run and execute the business Analyze day‑to‑day team efficiency and identify improvements to people and processes Serve as a role model and knowledge expert, training and developing team members, providing feedback and performance reviews, encouraging professional growth Manage budgets and P&L of the Americas projects, reporting results to the board Lead client accounts with overall responsibility for the client‑agency relationship, continuously enhancing the client experience Ensure projects are profitable and growing Our Requirements Passionate, ambitious individual with a business‑oriented, strategic approach Minimum 5 years of supervising or managing teams of 5–7+ people, and a desire to develop leadership skills At least 5 years of experience in eCommerce Experience in project management and working with eRetailers (especially Amazon & Walmart) Experience working with various international clients on diverse projects and building long‑term relationships Experience in strategic business consulting Understanding of budgeting, reporting, and P&L Fluency in English (C1 level or higher) We Offer Cooperation based on a B2B contract or service contract via the Deel platform for international cooperation 26 paid days off plus national holidays Opportunity to work with recognized global brands Exciting and friendly work environment International team without rigid corporate rules Company Macbook and phone Further development and training in eCommerce Annual performance bonus or salary raise Shorter working day on Fridays during the holiday months (July & August) Recruitment Process Step 1: Analysis of received applications (CVs).
