Title and Summary

Director, Account Management

Overview

The Digital Partnerships team in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) is responsible for executing Mastercard’s digital strategy with key digital merchants across multiple sectors, and technology partners. In doing so, the team aids in the expansion of Mastercard’s digital footprint in the region and drives transformational efforts for digital payments across 45 countries and territories.

**Responsibilities**:

- This is an opportunity to be a part of a highly motivated team with a focus on digital engagements, developing value for the mutual benefit of our organizations, and executing on the future of payments and commerce using related technologies.
- The lead will have direct end-responsibility for identifying, evaluating, negotiating and closing deals working alongside Finance, Legal, and Product teams, among others.
- He/She work closely together with other regions to share best practices, identify key needs, and emerging trends to conduct better partner engagement and continue driving innovation.
