Your tasks
- Hiring Service Providers (such as Inbound and Outbound carriers, Customs Broker, Port Terminals, Logistics Operators) with the Purchasing Department through market tenders, focusing on the needs of internal and external customers and respecting Continental's policies.
- Guidance to the Camaçari plant on the demands and needs of internal and external customers and its hiring of Service Providers so that it occurs in line with the hiring by Jundiaí.
- Ensure compliance with contracts by Service Providers, in contractual matters as well as performance required by the market and current contract.
- Development of Service Providers with the aim of achieving a medium and long-term partnership and continuous improvement.
- Ensure alignment of Continental's goals with all Service Providers.
- Monitor Camaçari's Contract Management and Performance to guarantee the level of service to internal and external customers.
- Management of the Department's OVCs and Period Expenses with the aim of ensuring that all costs involved in logistics processes are in accordance with local and global contracts and that costs are allocated to the correct BU/Channel.
- Internal and external customer service in accordance with the pre-established service level, as well as the best logistics solution, with the aim of meeting all the requirements and needs of customers and the market, within the budget pre-established by BU /Channel.
- Establishment of goals for the Logistics team, always aimed at a high level of service to internal and external customers.
- Development of the team through courses and improvement training so that they become experts in the area of activity with the aim of gaining autonomy for the same in decision-making.
- Ensure the necessary resources and equipment with the aim of greater employee productivity. Periodic meetings about the performance of employees and suppliers, common and individual goals and general issues so that the team works in harmony and with aligned goals.

**Profile**:

- Bachelor degree in Administration, Logistics or Engineering.
- 5 years of experience in Logistics in a multinational company (desirable).
- Experience in administering 3PL Contracts and warehouse and transport management.
- Experience in projects and development of processes in the Logistics area.
- Fluent English (oral and written)
- Intermediate knowledge in Excel
- Proven Leadership skills
