**Your Purpose**:
We are looking for a Paid Acquisition Analyst Latam to join the Marketing team You will be a visionary who can "make crypto useful" in our hearts and minds, preceding the seismic wave which will change our relation and behaviors towards money. The responsibilities include creating, maintaining, and optimizing online paid media campaigns across multiple channels with a strong analytical mind focused on user acquisition and hitting the KPI´s.

**Who You Are**:

- Fluent in English.
- 3+ years of experience planning and executing digital paid campaigns with a focus on user acquisition.
- Goal-oriented. Analyze campaign performance KPIs regularly to evaluate the success of our campaigns against set goals.
- Data-driven. Use data to guide decisions and strategies for the paid acquisition campaigns.
- A creative problem solver and a team player in a multicultural environment.
- Able to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the best practices in paid acquisition campaigns and channels.
- You understand the online Paid channel's impact in the overall media mix directly/indirectly.

**What You Will Do**:

- Manage daily execution of online paid campaigns on different channels.
- Use on a day-to-day basis analytical platforms for in-depth data analysis of the campaigns performance metrics to optimize channels with different buying models.
- Build reports to develop insights on the performance of the paid campaigns.
- Control the budget for different geographies.
- A/B testing: actively testing and analyzing targeting, ad creatives, landing pages, and different approaches to drive results.
