**Responsibilities**: - Manage multiple teams of professionals to accomplish established goals and conduct personnel duties for team (e.g. performance evaluations, hiring and disciplinary actions) - Provide strategic influence and exercise control over resources, budget management and planning while monitoring end results - Collaborates with IT functional/departmental executives and business leaders to create the business plan for IT. - Utilize in-depth knowledge of concepts and procedures within own area and basic knowledge of other areas to resolve issues - Ensure essential procedures are followed and contribute to defining standards - Provide evaluative judgement based on analysis of facts in complicated, unique, and dynamic situations including drawing from internal and external sources - Influence and negotiate with senior leaders across functions, as well as communicate with external parties as necessary **Qualifications**: - 10+ years of relevant experience on technology - Experience in management - Experience dealing with global technology teams - Experience with financial products: Brazil local Investments, more focused on Capital Markets and Mutual Funds. - Experience in projects focused on Data, BI (Business Intelligence) and correlated tools is preferred - Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication - Working knowledge of the industry and competitors’ products and services - Budget management, Risk & Control management, influencing skills - Demonstrated leadership, management, and development skills - Fluent in English. **Education**: - Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience in Technology - Master’s degree preferred - **Job Family Group**: Technology - **Job Family**: Applications Development - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
