**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We're looking for a talented **Partner Success Analyst** to join our **Partners **team in **São Paulo**

**YOUR IMPACT**
- Responsible for supporting and building a relationship with our Fitness Partners from BR;
- Support our partners reaching out to Gympass with the 2nd level support topics;
- Perform back office activities together with Ops and CX team;
- Work closely to Partners Customer Experience and Ops teams to guarantee the best and most efficient service to our partners;
- Propose and design new processes in order to standardize and improve our service level, including:

- Create semi-automatic decision-making flows for partners requests;
- Build KPIs and run analysis to track quality and performance.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- BA degree or equivalent complete or finishing;
- Fluent in Portuguese and advanced in English. Spanish is a plus;
- Advanced knowledge in Excel;
- Process driven mindset;
- BA degree or equivalent;
- Proactive and collaborative team player;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
