Job Description
The Partner Success Manager is on the front lines of the channel program. Our efforts are centered on offering our reselling partners great support. Fulfilling a true partner success role as a general point of contact and path of escalation for everything post sale.
**Responsibilities**
A brief outline of defined roles and responsibilities is found below. But this can be summed up in one sentence for partners, and that is “How can I help”. Partner Success will be able to do the groundwork internally in resolving issues for partners and providing concierge type support for post-sale processes. Such as:
- Providing a single point of contact and escalation for anything outside of the sales process
- Aiding in the resolution of issues/problems with Porting, Logistics, Project Management, Setup, and Training.
- Aiding partners in case management and customer status
- Aiding in the resolution of Billing, Commission, and spiff issues. We will take down all the information and quarterback issues like this through to resolution with the billing team
- Seeing issues through to resolution for any post sale needs
- Helping identify bottlenecks in process
- Helping to set up Partner Demo Accounts
- Aiding in portal management
- Assisting Full-Service Partners
- Offer assistance with setting and training on correct expectations, processes, and the tools available for partners to use.
**Qualifications**:
- Salesforce experience recommended
- Ability to manage time effectively between calls and handling cases
- Problem solving skills
- Maniacal attention to detail required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to present information in a succinct, clear fashion
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and roll up sleeves to “go figure it out” in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of sales processes
- Ability to build strong internal and external relationships
- Speak English and Portuguese
