**About this Sales Position**
- As Associate Sales Representative, your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential business customers in the United States. We hire professionals from the hospitality industry who have worked previously in the United States as a hospitality management trainee or intern. Applicants for this role have experience in sales and want to make a bigger impact in the work they do and receive higher compensation, which risk tech can offer. We provide you the technology to work remotely (home office) through zoom meetings. Our robust training program provides you with best-practice sales skills and the industry and solution certifications needed to be successful in the governance, risk, and compliance field.

**What is a Customer Advocacy approach to Sales?**
- Our Associate Sales Representatives are Customer Advocates who take a consultative approach to helping customers solve their business challenges. Through our training program, Associate Sales Representatives learn how to advocate for their potential customers by learning the full customer acquisition lifecycle - from clarifying customer needs and priorities, to demonstrating how our risk management software solutions are a match for those needs.
**What you'll be doing on our team**:
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Present our company to potential customers
- Educate and guide prospects through the customer journey to help them learn how LogicManager can manage their risks and achieve their goals
- Engage 1:1 with prospective customers to gain insight into their business challenges and match their needs with our solution packages
- Demonstrate LogicManager’s software to our inbound marketing qualified leads
- Close business with new and existing customers to meet quarterly revenue targets and customer goals
- Gain certifications in our industry-leading solution areas: Enterprise Risk Management, IT Governance & Security, Vendor Management, Compliance Management, Internal Audit, Policy Management, Incident & Event Management and other areas
- Grow your career through active participation in our company culture.
**About you and what skills you’ll need**:
- 2-5 years of sales experience
- Worked in the United States as a Hospitality Management trainee or intern
- Excellent English skills and strong understanding of the work culture in the United States
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong proactive problem-solving skills
- A strong desire to continuously improve through learning, and are energized by the gaining and processing of something new and useful
- Have a sharp focus on your goals and accountability for daily, weekly and monthly activities to achieve them
- History of volunteer work, varsity sports or extracurricular leadership roles is a plus
- Commitment to working an east coast time zone to collaborate in daily stand-ups, cross-functional teams and company huddles
- Requires a strong Internet connection and familiarity with digital platforms like Zoom, Google Docs and Slack
