**Job Summary**
- Ensure the supply of production inputs and other materials used by the company, at the lowest possible price, within the established standards of time and quality of products and services.
- Contribute to the adequate acquisition of materials, upon receipt of requests from other departments, preparing quotations with suppliers, negotiating and renegotiating prices, quality, delivery and payment terms, in order to choose the best condition and issue purchase orders.
- Analyze, confirm and/or change the recommendations of the MRP (Material Requirement Planning) system and Purchasing system, maintaining the flow of the production process, as well as inventory control.
- Monitor the entire purchasing process cycle, ensuring the delivery of the product/service on time and within the quality specifications, according to the conditions established in the purchase order.
- Contribute to the development of new suppliers that meet the technical and economic requirements of the company's purchasing processes, through the identification, selection and qualification of potential suppliers, through the evaluation of portfolios, prospects and samples of new materials as well as the participation in fairs, seminars and workshops.
- Contribute to the maintenance and updating of the company's electronic purchasing system, through the registration of suppliers, group of materials, inclusion of requisitions, issuance of quotations, orders and invoices.
- Perform other related tasks, as needed or at the discretion of your superior.
- Participate in the Quality System, valuing its policies and keeping it suitable for its work department.

**Minimum Job Qualifications**
- Graduated in Business Administration, Engineering or related areas.
- At least 3 years of work experience.
- Advanced English.
- Microsoft Office
- Knowledge and use of the SAP system
- Experience with production and inventory planning and control.
- Experience in purchasing processes.
- Experience with negotiation processes.
- Reading and interpretation of the drawing.

LOCATION: Taubaté, São Paulo.
