We're looking for an experiential marketing manager to inspire and educate our audiences in LATAM. You'll develop events and experiences which will drive comprehension of Pinterest, deepen brand love, and develop advocacy of Pinterest as a content, marketing and shopping platform. We're looking for someone who knows how to develop an event from concept to execution. You'll work with a cross functional team based primarily in Brazil, Mexico and the US to be successful in this role. You'll be a doer, thinker, and innovator, and you'll play a critical role in driving growth for our advertiser and creator audiences in LATAM.

***What you'll do**:

- Develop, lead, and execute on-brand event and experiential marketing programs for both advertiser & creator audiences in LATAM, including intimate C-level events, activations at major industry events and owned educational events, both in-real life and virtual;
- Collaborate closely with XFN partners including Business Marketing, Creator Marketing, Creator Management, Sales partners, Brand Creative, Comms and Legal teams;
- Develop and manage budgets for event programs;
- RFP, onboard, and maintain a roster of agency partners to produce events in LATAM;
- Partner with Global Experiential Marketing team and regions marketing teams to prioritize requests and execute upon those that deliver the most impact;
- Develop and implement measurement protocols to track the impact of all events.

***What we're looking for**:

- Relevant Experiential Marketing Experience;
- Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus);
- Experience managing vendors such experiential and production agencies, venues, technical platforms;
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across multiple cross-functional teams, disciplines, and time zones;
- Experience developing event and experiential marketing programs from concept to execution;
- Ability to travel for events up to 25% of the time.
