**About the Team**:
The Global Experiential and Events Team is in search of an enthusiastic team player to help lead the LATAM region in Brazil.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead experiential team efforts in the LATAM region. Have deep knowledge and understanding of the region’s experiential landscape and engrained in the event culture.
- Clearly articulate TikTok brand vision from event ideation through completion internally and with third party production vendors to create best-in-class experiences that bring joy to consumers.
- Strong cross-functional collaborator who will work across all divisions under TikTok to meet individual department priorities and reach company goals.
- Lead the research, identification, strategy, and execution of all marketing experiences throughout the region.
- Clearly develop and track measurable event KPI’s and OKR’s.
- Extensive relationships with local event production teams and key industry festivals, trade shows, conventions, etc.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in event specific role
- Bachelor's degree or above from a leading institution
- Rich experience in executing a wide variety of large budget experiences in entertainment and tech event spaces. Large scale activations at consumer facing festivals, trade shows, and industry events are a must.
- Proven history of collaborating across multiple disciplines to meet campaign event goals (marketing, b2b, media, creative, social, etc.)
- Ability to create decks, presentations, budgets, run of show documents, etc.
- Ability to communicate clearly while operating in a fast-paced environment
- Proven history in leading a team for 4+ years
