**Description**

As Marketing Manager Lat Am, you will help communicate the CME Group value proposition by partnering with our local sales team to define and execute the go-to-market strategy across all owned, earned, and paid channels across specific verticals. Coverage regions will include South America, Latin American, Caribbean and Mexico.

**A Storyteller**: who can differentiate CME offerings with engaging, localized content conveyed via thoughtful design and creative

**A Change Agent**: who assesses and challenges the status quo, and positions innovative ideas to relevant stakeholders

**A Communicator**: someone who is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish

What you'll create, develop and manage:

- Develop digital strategies and execute tactics that acquire customers, generate revenue, and create awareness
- Help with local conferences and customer facing events - including sourcing local vendors and partners
- Lead and coordinate co-operative marketing agreements and education efforts with Retail brokers and other partners to grow awareness of CME Group
- Develop, test and optimize messages and campaigns across integrated marketing channels
- Provide marketing support to the Sales team for client expansion and upsell
- Partner with Business Line Marketing Managers to support audience-driven product campaigns
- Partner with Retail Marketing to guide the marketing plan for Retail segments across the region

**Skills and Experience**
- 5+ years’ experience in a marketing role
- Experience in financial services, fintech, technology or B2C marketing a plus
- Superior communication skills, strong attention to detail, a collaborative work style, and an unparalleled work ethic; collaboration across teams is crucial to success in this role
- Experience with analyzing and interpreting marketing analytics
- Previous agency experience within a digital marketing/ad tech environment is huge plus in this highly visible role

**Reporting Structure**

This individual will report to the Executive Director of Customer Marketing and requires close collaboration with colleagues in U.S., APAC and EMEA

**Software Requirements**

Required: proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and Google Analytics

Preferred: working knowledge of Marketing Cloud a huge plus

**Education**

Bachelor’s degree in business related field required, MBA a plus
