We are now seeking a talented and driven Marketing Manager to join our team in Brazil and spearhead our marketing efforts in Brazil. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies for our initiatives. Your primary focus will be on driving brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting the overall growth of our business in the region. This position is based in Brazil and offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Report directly to the Director of Marketing while having a dotted line reporting to the Country Manager, Brazil.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market share in Brazil.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify key target segments, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the local team in Brazil to ensure the delivery of cohesive marketing materials and consistent brand messaging.
- Plan and execute B2B lead generation initiatives and campaigns.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing techniques to stay at the forefront of marketing innovation in the region.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and partners to enhance brand positioning and drive business growth.
- Support sales teams with marketing collateral, presentations, and other materials to enable effective lead conversion.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Marketing Manager or a similar role, preferably in the gambling, payments or tech industry.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with a focus on B2B marketing.
- Strong knowledge of the Brazilian market, including consumer behavior, cultural nuances, and business practices.
- Strong know-how in digital marketing platforms, CMS systems and analytics software.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English. Spanish proficiency is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven marketing decisions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Creativity, innovation, and a passion for marketing, coupled with a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication ability.
