What are the ongoing responsibilities for the role?- Collaborating with other marketers to develop a comprehensive marketing plan and strategy for the Brazilian market that aligns with the leadership team’s goals and priorities- Creating, adapting, and executing campaigns and tactics to build the Franklin Templeton brand while attracting gross sales, stemming redemptions, and gaining share in the Brazilian market-
- Representing Marketing as the key, on-site point person in Brazil sales meetings (providing updates, soliciting feedback, presenting marketing plans, etc.) and sharing takeaways and action items with other Marketing colleagues, as required- Sharing best practices, contributing ideas, and seeking ways to leverage marketing efforts in Brazil and across the region- Taking overall ownership of the Brazil website and providing direction/feedback to the Digital Team on the online content, campaigns, etc.- Analyzing/reporting metrics on a continual basis and utilizing the data to improve the impact of future campaigns and marketing efforts- Creating and updating marketing materials

What ideal qualifications, skills and experience would help someone to be successful?- 7+ years of investment industry experience, preferably marketing mutual funds, BDRs, and pension solutions for the Brazilian market-
- Strong understanding of local/global capital markets and financial concepts- Knowledge of the institutional market is strongly preferred- Excellent Portuguese and English communication skills, both written and verbal- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects/deliverables (including the creation and updating of product materials) and meeting deadlines- Strong attention to detail and relationship management focus- Advanced creative thinking and problem-solving skills
