**Preferred Qualifications**

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with Community Development to understand programmatic needs of these communities and support opportunities to expand the Oracle for Developers program.
- Positioning Oracle throughout the ecosystems of Developers, including students, who are the developers of the near future, by acting as speaker and influencer among these communities.
- Positioning Oracle for developers initiative in social medias. Draft, edit and publish engaging content and proactive and reactive messaging in response to a range of issues relating the developers ecosystems.
- Manage social media accounts in ways that create connections, build community, and align with larger communication strategies.
- Establish relationships with cross functional teams to identify internal programming offerings and opportunities for partnership to ensure alignment and awareness of upcoming projects.
- Manage the delivery of digital skills programmes, including trainings, providing support for content localization and translation, event planning and supplier delivery management.
- Ensure programming and events are clearly coordinated and scheduled with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Support communications for events, projects and announcements by aligning with communications teams on external and internal messaging.
- Advise and provide localization support for global announcements.
- Draft narratives and support community partners to tell their stories in compelling ways.
- Work with external partners to harness opportunities and maximize the impact of Oracle within the developers community partnerships.

Preferred Qualifications:

- 4-7+ years of related community management experience building, managing and scaling community programs, especially user-led or chapter programs.
- Excellent project management skills. Experience managing projects and effectively coordinating with internal staff and external stakeholders.
- Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and analytical skills. Ability to speak in public and write articles to an external communications standard.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task while maintaining attention to detail.
- Empathy, you understand community feedback and will put yourself in their mindset and make actionable decisions based on community objectives.
- Knowledge of online community platforms and technologies.
- Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Strong collaboration, teamwork and critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated experience in a product marketing, program manager, or community manager role and interacting and growing a technical user community.
- You have worked with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product Management, Education) to plan and execute community programs.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of the organization and with outside groups.
- You are able to manage deadlines and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment; highly organized, with the ability to work with multiple teams in different countries.
- Maturity to prioritize and understand where to introduce new processes without slowing things down.
- Passionate about being a community and customer advocate with a willingness to go the extra mile to serve our user group members.

Some desired technical skills:

- Architecture knowledge in public clouds (Oracle, AWS, Azure and Google Cloud and etc).
- Experience in Multi-Cloud and traditional IT Infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience in planning, developing and delivering on-premises to cloud migration projects;.
- Knowledge of Data Center architectures.
- Server, storage, backup, operating system, database and connectivity solutions.
- Replication solutions in physical and/or cloud environments and RTO/RPO/DR concepts.
- Basic knowledge of networking and communication protocols.
- Intermediate level of Spanish and/or English.

**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**

Partners with customers, sales, engineering and product teams to design, demonstrate and deploy Oracle Cloud architectures that address customer business problems. Drives Oracle Cloud customer consumption by accelerating the adoption of Oracle cloud services including discovery, design and deployment.
