**Who are we looking for?***:
We are looking for a Leader, LTC Risks & Intelligence (Macro/Micro)who perform risk identification, qualitative & quantitative risk analysis, assessment of probability and impact of identified risks, development of risk responses, monitoring and control of risk responses considereing internal and external risks that could impact directly and indirectly the success of venture business of groeth ventures Obtain deep knowlege and insights on the markets dynamics in business and projects and proactively leverage the knowledge for value creation.

**Qualifications**:

- B.Sc. Degree in Engineering.
- MBA (recommended).
- 10 years of experience

**Duties and responsibilities**
***:

- Conduct Comperhansive internal/external micro/macro risks workshops at different venture development phases
- Perform Quantitative and Qualitative Risk Analysis
- Development and maintenance of risk register including assessment of risks probability and impact
- Obtain deep knowlege and insights on the markets dynamics in business and projects and proactively leverage the knowledge for value creation.
- Train Saudi Engineers with effective coaching and engagements
- Develop and update Risks and markets intellegence dashboards

- Annual Paid Vacation: Twenty-two (22) working days equivalent to 30 days (Including Weekends). Twelve (12) working days of official holidays per year.
- Air Tickets: One round trip ticket (economy excursion) per year for employee, his wife and four (4) children below 18 years of age to the point of origin.
