**Who are we looking for?***:
We are looking for a Leader, OOK LTC Opportunities. Who Develop and align strategy of deplying our client technologies and obtaining market rights on value-adding commercial deals with potential M&A opportunities related to LTC Effectively engage all BUs in exploring the opportunities and act fast to conclude value-adding deals for our client BUs and T&I lisencing out.
**Qualifications**:
- University degree in Engineering, Business (MBA is recommended)
- 12 years of experience in the petrochemicals or in an industrial environment
- Deep knowledge of various kinds of business
- Strong people management and interpersonal skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Knowledgeable with policies, procedures and best practices in the areas of E&P
- Sound quantitative and analytical skills
- Sound planning skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong in business Management skills and has ability to manage complex business environment
- Have knowledge about various standards
- Ability to translate technical and Project Management skills into business profits
- Have project control and quality background
- Able to administer contracts
- Interpersonal skills
- Lead multiple teams
**Duties and responsibilities**
***:
- Lead our client team to effectively engage with Saudi Aramco in all OOK LTC opportunities and projects
- Develop and align stakholders around specific startegies for each opportunity and project consideeing the maximum value creation of commercial deals

- Assure compliance with all procedures, regulations & standards as applicable to the contract with full engagement of our client legal
- Ensure implementing of Change management within our client different functions

- Annual Paid Vacation: Twenty-two (22) working days equivalent to 30 days (Including Weekends). Twelve (12) working days of official holidays per year.
- Air Tickets: One round trip ticket (economy excursion) per year for employee, his wife and four (4) children below 18 years of age to the point of origin.
