We are looking for a motivated sous chef/kitchen assistent to join our team. We are a restaurant specializing in homemade Asian comfort food with inspiration from Vietnam and Thailand.

**Your role**:

- Prepare and cook dishes according to our recipes and standards
- Maintain high kitchen hygiene and food safety
- Assist with daily prep and stock control
- Work efficiently during busy service hours
- Contribute to a positive team spirit

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a kitchen assistent (Asian food experience is a plus, but not required)
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Good communication skills (Norwegian or English)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

**Location**: Bergen, Norway
