Junior Order Management Specialist, Brazil

Core Responsibilities
- Responsible for all phases order processing and shipment execution
- Responsible for maintaining flow of communication and information between Sales representatives and account teams in areas relative to order flow and execution of shipments
- Collaborate with Market Ops and Distribution for efficient order creation and flow. Helping to determine prioritization, improvement opportunities and system enhancements.

The Junior Order Management Specialist is responsible for all components related to execution of the order in conjunction with multiple departments in Brazil as well as the Customer Service team at our distribution partner to ensure that the order meets the customer’s requirements.
Do you have what it takes?
- Six months experience in a customer service/sales environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously. Work with an acute sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
- Strong work ethic with a desire to tackle higher level responsibilities.
- Teammate with adaptability to a quick changing environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Office package with focus in Excel.
- English - intermediate communication skills both written and
- spoken.
- Availability to travel overseas.
- Experience working with SAP.
- Result orientation.
- Collaboration.
- Functional competence.
