Access to a library of training programs worth $10,000. **WE EXPECT FROM YOU**: - Had experience working in an online school as a project manager, online course producer or marketer. - Had experience launching courses from 0. - Had experience communicating with course experts. - Had experience with webinar funnel or other marketing funnels. - Understood how to interact with the sales team, what metrics to track. **YOUR KEY TASKS WILL BE**: - Analysis. Analyze the accounting education market in Brazil, analyzing the target audience, finding successful product hypotheses. - Speakers. Finding speakers to launch courses, forming long-term relationships with speakers. - Product (courses). Together with the product department, define the concepts of courses to be launched, plan product launches and drive the launch process, coordinate the team's activities. - Product (subscription service). Launch and develop the subscription service in the Brazilian market, define the features that we develop and together with IT RM form the development backlog. - Marketing. Create marketing funnels that maximize ROMI, LTV and minimize CAC. - Sales. Work with sales to maximize conversion, average check and sales revenue. - Education. Work with the education department to organize the educational process, analyze product metrics.
