**Data & Insights Analyst III** **About the opportunity & team description** SumUp's Operations team is looking for an analyst that will have full ownership of our forecasting and supply planning processes. You will be responsible for building models to predict our demand, and provide recommendations to the leadership on the best strategies to scale the operation. We are looking for someone who is data driven and loves to take on a challenge. You'll be part of the data & analytics team inside the SumUp's BR Operations. Your peers have different analytical scopes cross Ops: Customer Experience, Onboarding, Shipping, data engineering, and now SumUp Global Operations. **What you'll do in this position** **Forecasting model & budget planning for Logistics and Supply** You'll be responsible for transforming our growth complexities into models that will enable us to trace strategic plans to tackle the upcoming demand. You'll guide our leadership into accurately planning their budgets, based on your demand predictions. This will enable us to provide an awesome experience for our customer and make optimal use of our resources. **Efficiency of processes** You'll also be responsible for automating our numbers related to supply and improving the "bridge" between Hardware team and logistics team. **Support Logistics team** You'll be in contact with Ops leaders, whom you'll bring KPIs (and probably build new metrics), give recommendations and insights based on numbers (analytics). **You'll be a great fit for this position if**: - You have outstanding Excel and modeling skills - You are curious, proactive, keen on questioning patterns, and you work well in a fast-changing environment - You have great stakeholder management, you work and communicate well autonomously across different teams - You are capable of seeing the big picture and making recommendations based on the business' best interest - You'll be a great fit for this position if: you leverage SQL and Tableau (or any similar visualization tools) to reach valuable business recommendations.
