Learn more about it here. **THE OPPORTUNITY** We are hiring a **CX Internal Communication Specialist** to our **CX Communication Team** in **São Paulo, Brazil** As part of the CX Communication team, your main mission in this position is to act as the primary liaison between the CX team and other internal departments. You'll be responsible for making sure CX agents and leaders have timely, clear, and accurate information about initiatives that may affect customers, such as new product updates, launches, or promotions. By providing timely, clear, and accurate information, you'll empower our teams to offer exceptional service and effectively address the needs of our users and clients. Additionally, the team manages non-marketing communications for users to ensure their experience with our product is seamless, informed, and optimized. **YOUR IMPACT** - This position will focus on guaranteeing that our CX teams are prepared and well-informed. Your responsibilities will include: - Being the main point of contact between CX and other teams to manage requests and align on actions that impact service delivery to users, clients, and partners. - Coordinating communication within the CX teams to ensure information from other departments is shared and understood by everyone, from leaders to agents. - Monitoring internal channels to promptly share critical information with the right CX audience. - Supporting the implementation of CX strategies to align with company goals. - Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance. **WHO YOU ARE** - A degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. - Fluent in Portuguese and English. - Proven experience in a communication role, ideally within a CX or customer-facing environment. - Knowledge of CX operations is highly valued. - Proficiency in using communication tools or platforms. - Strong practical experience with Excel and/or Google Sheets. - Familiarity with Zendesk or similar CX ticketing platforms is a plus. - Excellent communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information clearly to different audiences. - Collaborative: Ability to build and maintain relationships across departments to foster collaboration and shared goals. - Outstanding organizational skills: Capable of managing competing priorities and delivering projects on time. - Proactive problem-solver: Possesses strong problem-solving skills to effectively address issues and find solutions. - Adaptable: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and adjust to shifting priorities and demands. **WHAT WE OFFER YOU** We're a wellness company that is committed to the health and wellbeing of our employees.
