Gowan Brasil is looking for a Communication specialist who will manage the corporative communication at country level as well as supporting the Mkg cycle with the product coordinators. The person should have a Minimum of 10 years of experience in similar position, excellent Portuguese skills in writing and a fluent English. The position will require a good marketing background and excellent creativity to adjust and adapt the communication of the product to the agriculture segment. She/he will be reporting to the Marketing Manager or General Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- The communication specialist is responsible of coordinating the product communication brief and creation with the agencies and the product coordinator.
- She/he will then arrange the diffusion within the media and measure the impact on the client target as well as support the Mkg group in producing other elements of the product promotion (brochure, video, presents etc..) within the budget set by the coordinator.
- She/he will be also responsible to book, create and organize stands at major faire trade as well as the customers’ participation and relationship support.
- The specialist is responsible of the corporate communication and its adaptation to the Brazilian context as well as the affiliate positioning in the market.
- She/he will secure weekly media publication and update of the web site. It will require routine evaluation of the communication impact and proposed strategy to better reach the target customers.
- The specialist will also be in charge of the production and delivery of uniforms of the company as well a production of all corporate material.
- The job will manage the relation with all the outside communication agencies as well as with the suppliers of the Mkg elements. It will requires experiences and good sense of negotiation to achieve the Mkg communication objectives within a set budget
**Desired Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Creativity, synthesis, eficiency
- Knowledge of the marketing mix, consumer market research, communication tecnics
- Ability to work with others to build consensus
- Knowledge of advertising play forms like google ads, SEO is a must
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially in ppt. A knowledge in other art software would be important
- Willingness to travel from time to time
