Senior Marketing and Communication Analyst

We are looking for an enthusiastic Communications Specialist to manage our external and internal communications. You will promote a positive public image and control the dissemination of information on our company’s behalf. Phenomenal communication and copywriting skills make a strong communications specialist. Experience in corporate communications and project management are important qualities too. Your enthusiasm and positive attitude will help you gain the trust of colleagues and external parties alike.

**Responsibilities**

Settle a relation with suppliers like Agencies PR, Social, Events day by day for define and execution the communication strategy

Write, edit and publish engaging posts for various social networks, including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram

Optimize social media posts (language, tone, message) based on our target audience’s behaviors

Select appealing images and videos to complement text

Update our social media pages with compelling company news

Coordinate with internal teams to create advertising posts (e.g. for events, open roles and product releases)

Track and report on social media insights (traffic, engagement, shares, conversion rates)

Respond to questions and comments on our social media pages in a timely and accurate manner

Network with clients and industry professionals for building content

Manage all event internal and external operations (preparing venue, invitations etc.)

Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favorable terms

Plan events with attention to financial and time constraints

Evaluate event’s success and submit reports
**Requirements**:
Experience with planning and content production

Hands-on experience using various social media platforms to advertise

Experience as a Social Media Copywriter or similar role

Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)

Outstanding organizational and planning abilities

Outstanding communication and negotiation ability

Well-organized with multi-tasking skills

Proficient command of English

BSc in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or relevant field

**Attendance Requirements**:
Traive is currently a hybrid workplace in terms of office attendance, namely all employees are required to attend the office a minimum number of days, while they may work the rest outside the office. The attendance policy may change from time to time depending on the safety requirements and precautions due to the pandemic, or other considerations.
