**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**

Support Trade marketing event calendar being an active part in the end-to-end process of creating internal and external events, since helping on budget control managed by L9 (almost $ 1.2 MM/Year)**:

- this role will not have autonomy on budget, will just support the administrative process -**, to agency biddingg process and final solutions. Also support a sales communication project with the HR team to deliver a complete sales team communication solution.

**Your Impact**

As Communication Sr Analyst your functions would consist of:
**EVENTS**:
Support Trade marketing events calendar:
Internal: corporate (more than 15 big events): E.g. Sales convetion, sales team digital events, Town Hall.

External: e.g. Fairs and customer events and loyalty programs rewards

Support in Plan, develop and execute all events and travel rewards related to loyalty programs - internal and external steakholders - follow up end to end execution since budget control to briefings and final solutions.

Work with different steakholders - brazil, LATAM and Global team

Support Sales communication project with HR team to delivery a full sales team communication solution

**SALES**

Support on the further developing, strengthening and implementing innovative strategies for on/offline communications

Take charge of communications tasks associated with projects and events, including graphic work and content creation for the internal website, social media, invitations and mailings

Create, curate and replicate relevant content to Sales VP audiences

Partners with functions to drive stakeholder engagement and identify strategic opportunities to engage audiences

Execute and adjust communication plan as needed.

Suggest what information should be presented to employees.

Working together corporate communication teams, ensuring alignment and best practices sharing.

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**

Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Advertising, Marketing or Radio/TV

3 - 4 years of experience in communication, events or marketing.

Office package (mainly Powerpoint, word and Excel intermediate/advanced)

Intermediate/Advancend English

Upper intermediate spanish is a plus

Experience whith Photoshop, Illustrator and adobe premier

Experience Audiovisual (record and video editing) is a plus

Strong written and oral communication skills

Internal Communications and events previous experience
