**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, monitor and execute communication and PR plans with focus in Internal (employees & partners) External (press and influencers) communication
- Develop, stimulate, and monitor press and communication professionals demands (releases, events, launching plans, among others)
- Interact with our PR agency to develop strategy, analysis, and performance report
- Cross collaboration with local and global marketing team to assure alignment with the communication and brand goals
- Partnering with HR, develop calendar and execute initiatives of internal events and communications

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of the media market in Brazil
- Up to date with the main institutional topics such as ESG
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, PR, Advertising & Propaganda, Journalism and/or Marketing
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with an ability to multitask across projects, deadlines, initiatives and audiences
- Startup mindset, able to multitask and coordinate competing priorities
- Proven experience in Public Relations
- Excellent verbal/written and interpersonal communication (Portuguese)
- Fluent English level (oral and written)

**Preferences**
- Previous experience in the telecommunications industry
