**Role purpose**

We are seeking a digital specialist who can articulate business needs into requirements that are understood by cross functional development teams.

**Operations**

**Key accountabilities**
- Working closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value and customer needs
- Work in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to define and document product requirements
- Effective business requirements gathering by analysing and documenting business processes, through process mapping, writing user stories and acceptance criteria
- Thrives on supporting the developers and testers to create a user focused product
- Help to instil Agile ways of working
- Good stakeholder engagement skills with both business and technical teams

**Key selection criteria**

**Knowledge and skills**
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working in business analysis activities in Agile environments
- Experience coordinating user acceptance testing activities
- Excellent stakeholder management skills

**Personal qualities**
- Attention to detail
- A keen interest in racing or sports is beneficial but not a must
- Experience working in a start-up or highly regulated industry is beneficial but not a must
