We are looking for a Global Technology Leader Digital & Data Analytics (M/F/x) to join our Global Technology & Processes department. In his or her primary role, the incumbent acts as a champion in the the process of Digital & Data Analytics within the entire group supporting digital transformation. As such, he/she must understand how to add maximum value to business processes through disruptive and applied innovation, standardization, and improvement of existing solutions, so that the company can offer world-class products to our customers. As a Global Technology Lead, the role is also to connect all communities of local experts to build a solid roadmap for successful technology development and integration within the entire group.

**In your role you will**:

- Develop and coordinate the community of practice (CoP) of experts from the manufacturing sites to develop and pilot best practices sharing platform.
- Represents the manufacturing sites for global procurement category management to ensure an optimal process standardization amongst the group
- Engage with R&D teams to participate in the development of an innovation culture within the company, focused on customer needs (internal and external), on safety, on efficiency and performance
- Partner with D&T team to build an efficient and robust technology integration between automation and IT layers (real time and in both directions). As well to make sure that network security requirements will be applied within automation
- Supports special projects when some expertise is required for his/her technology (e.g., New manufacturing site, E2E automation projects, ) and participate in the development of an innovation culture within the company, focused on customer needs (internal and external), on safety, on efficiency and performance
- Understand the projects needs formulated by internal customers. To do this, he/she must understand and analyze in the existing flows, constraints and waste
- Integrate the notions of availability, performance and quality in the framework of the projects
- Develop solutions that are mature enough to be used quickly in operations with a minimum of residual technological risks
- Go in the production to understand current and future needs as well as operational constraints
- Formalize the processes concerned in scientific and engineering terms. Relying on reliable data

**We are looking for**:

- Engineer in Computer science or Automation or training closely related to production processes. Several years of experience could be significant and equivalent for this position
- Minimum 5 years of technical and industrial experience that has called upon important intellectual faculties
- Minimum 5 years in the medical device industry and knowledge of standards related
- Logic of technical organization linked to production flows, an advantage
- Understanding of the needs of an industrial environment, experience in mechanical industry, surface treatment or industrial packaging would be an asset
- English speaking, additional language is an advantage
- Result oriented. Agile, fast, pragmatic, intelligent and energetic
- Leadership skills and ability to manage stress and decision making
- Entrepreneurial spirit, able to take ownership of a task and commit to success even facing difficulty
- Accustomed to organizing, leading and motivating a project team in a matrix environment
- Able to manage a schedule and influence activities to meet deadlines even under difficult conditions. Able to carry responsibility, accustomed to and able to delegate wisely
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust within the team and the environment
- Visionary, able to work in a global approach but also able to deal with details
