**Finance & Administration Manager
CTdoAgro is seeking a Finance & Administration Manager for our client, Yongnong, one of the leading Chinese Crop Protection industry players.

This role aims to support Yongnong's business expansion in Brazil.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with relevant Brazilian government requirements, including operation licenses and permissions.
- Professionally document and manage all business transactions, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, internal financial policies, and accounting standards.
- Accurately document and reconcile company assets and liabilities.
- Efficiently communicate and coordinate with government agencies, external accounting firms, credit agencies, banks, tax agencies, and with the HQ finance department.
- Provide administrative support to business and registration teams, ensuring efficient and professional office operations.

**Requirements**:
**Education**:Accounting, Finance or Administration

**Postgraduate or MBA**: Finance or people management or agribusiness management (differential)

**Experiences and knowledges**:

- Extensive professional experience in finance and accounting in the agribusiness sector
- Knowledge of the full range of accounting processes and activities, including accounting, costing, general ledger, financial statements, taxes, banking relations and policy compliance, etc.
- Financial, accounting, and administrative risk management
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial software’s
- Management of outsourced services and contracts with suppliers and customers.

**Language**: Proficiency in English - mandatory; proficiency in Chinese Mandarin (differential)
