**Your Mission**:
As a New Products Manager, you will be responsible for accelerating early launch discussions through integrations of areas involved in the end-to-end launch process. We strategically address early market understanding to seize market opportunities and tackle the challenges identified, aiming to ensure maximum acceleration of launches and results.

**Key Activities**:

- Lead feasibility analyses for launches, establishing local priorities and recommendations.
- Ensure that every priority is aligned locally, regionally, and globally with both business and operations teams.
- Lead by influencing a high number of local cross-functional stakeholders.
- Work in the field, interacting externally with decision-makers.
- Manage digital solutions for automated management of pipeline products.
- Connect and engage internal teams (including those outside of Brazil) to follow best launch practices.
- Map and analyze competitor dynamics.

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Undergraduate degree in health or related areas.
- Advanced English.
- Previous experience in areas such as cardiovascular, renal, metabolism, immunology, respiratory, or immune therapies.
- Previous experience in Marketing, Market Access, or Medical Areas.

**Desirable Requirements**:

- Launch experience in the areas mentioned above.
- Cross-functional expertise in both technical and commercial areas.
- Previous field experience.
