The **Senior Manager of Ombudsman, PROCON, Fraud & AML** is responsible for leading all activities related to dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, and fraud prevention. This role oversees interactions with PROCON and other regulatory bodies, as well as fraud prevention and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) strategies. This position requires strong analytical, strategic, and interpersonal skills to mediate disputes effectively and implement compliance policies.

As a **Senior Manager of Ombudsman, PROCON, Fraud & AML **at our company, we expect you to be responsible for the following:

- Oversee Ombudsman operations to ensure escalated complaints are resolved fairly and efficiently.
- Coordinate PROCON interactions, ensuring compliance with the Consumer Protection Code (CDC).
- Lead fraud investigations and monitor activities to detect suspicious behavior.
- Develop ongoing strategies and programs for fraud and AML prevention.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and regularly review processes to mitigate legal risks.

**Required skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance management, fraud, and regulatory affairs.
- In-depth knowledge of AML, KYC, and financial compliance standards.

**Will be considered a plus**:

- Law degree
- Certifications in Ombudsman
- Minimum 1 year proven experience in Ombudsman Process
- Experience in the iGaming market
