**About the Job**

**Responsibilities**
- Create financial scenarios and business plans to support strategic decision-making for leadership.
- Build and refine financial models for Budget, Forecast, and Actual vs. Budget comparisons.
- Perform financial simulations and predictive analyses, providing insights that drive company decisions and performance.
- Ensure financial information is compliant and accessible to stakeholders.
- Act as the primary FP&A contact, facilitating communication between internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and presentations for the Board and Leadership.
- Develop and monitor KPIs, management reports, and budget tracking (OpEx and CapEx).

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning, forecasting, modeling, and reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills (Google Sheets preferred) and programming knowledge (SQL, Python, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of controllership, treasury, cash flow, scenario modeling, and corporate finance.
- Experience in budget planning, project costing, and pricing.
- Experience managing financial investments, loans, and financing.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in corporate finance within the tech sector (SaaS).
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Competency with Business Intelligence (BI) tools and data analysis.
- Experience in startup environments.
- Familiarity with foreign exchange operations, offshore structures, and currency risk mitigation.
