**Job Description Summary**:
The Executive - Business Operations directs functional expertise for Power Conversion LatAm P&L, develops strategy, and steers change management in the region. In this role you will create programs responsive to external environment and participate in cross-functional business and cultural development.
**Essential Responsibilities**
- Being part of Power Conversion americas leadership team, this role necessitates providing leadership in the execution of operating plans to support the overall business strategy
Develop and monitor the plans and budgets for the P&L.
- Oversee smooth functioning of integrative business processes.
- Enhance engineering capability by upskilling necessary capabilities from time to time.
- Lead product localization efforts for the P&L based on organization strategy.
- Consolidate long-range forecasts for the business.
- Maximize the customer base in India and ensure utmost customer satisfaction during service delivery and post execution.
- Monitor process, analyze data, and define business strategies to maximize profitability for the P&L.
- Design, develop, implement, and institutionalize process improvements, through LEAN methodologies focusing on enhanced quality consistent with objectives
Lead campaigns and execute action plans to improve commercialization processes in the region**
Qualifications/Requirements**

Master’s degree from an accredited university or college.

Minimum of 15+ years of experience in business strategy positioned at leadership roles.

**Desired Characteristics**

Knowledge of financial controls and business tracking system - Corporate Audit Staff graduate (GE Employees only) - Six Sigma training is preferred (GE employees only) - Ability to communicate to all levels of the organization as well to customers - Strong oral and written communication skills - Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
