The Marketing team at Shopee is responsible for conceptualising and implementing go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The team covers areas including Campaigns Management, Community, Public Relations, Partnerships, Offline Marketing and Design. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for strategising and implementing go-to-market activities and working with local teams to localise marketing for the specific markets. The Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing for the region. This team is responsible for data-driven solutions, tracking and measuring data to reach the targeted customers. Browse our Marketing team openings to see how you can make an impact with us.

Superior writing and strong conceptual communication (big ideas) are a must. Daily tasks include writing original copy, slogans and scripts for videos (TV spots and Digital) for advertising campaigns, maintaining brand consistency across all channels, and working with the digital/video production team to craft ideas. Must be a polished communicator with an action-oriented focus, capable of solving communication challenges, and developing original solutions. Should be a creative thinker, able to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines. Familiarity with trends in retail advertising (and advertising in general) and knowledge of the promotional spectrum. Be ready to give life to the iconic Shopee campaigns.

**Responsabilities**
- Develop and create effective, engaging concepts for promotions that support marketing objectives.
- Produce strategic creative solutions and write copy for a variety of retail marketing projects and platforms with a focus on video creation for TV ads, Branded Content and for Online channels.
- Collaborate with Designers, Producers and Marketing professionals to determine the conceptual and copy direction of branding and advertising initiatives.
- Present messaging strategies and recommendations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years in the position
- Bachelor degree in Journalism, Marketing, Advertising, etc
- Experience in creating scripts for videos for online channels
