4+ years of experience in organic social media marketing, including building content and creative strategies (follower and engagement) for social channels - Demonstrated campaign experience with one or more of the following: Twitter, Instagram or Facebook - Social measurement experience including use of listening, monitoring and CRM services/tools - Strong analytical skills including the ability to distill, synthesize, and draw conclusions on large amounts of data - Demonstrated experience using data and metrics to measure performance and make adjustments accordingly - Able to thrive in an ambiguous environment helping bring structure and delivering results. - Outstanding writing, presentation and communication skills, both in Portuguese and English - The ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization/time management and problem solving skills - Demonstrated ability and willingness to roll up sleeves and execute to get the job done - Bachelor’s Degree

Amazon Alexa Brazil team is looking for a customer-obsessed, creative, social-media focused individual to lead the social media strategy for the Alexa brand in Brazil. The Social Media Manager will lead planning, development and execution and monitoring of Alexa BR Social Media strategy. You will own all social/editorial content decisions for the campaigns and channels you own, driving both long-term strategy, campaigns and day-to-day social editorial decisions. You will work across internal teams including Product, Marketing, Content and PR, as well as partner with external agencies. Together with these partners, you will build integrated social-first campaigns that are best-in-class customer experiences to help us grow our brand.

To be successful in this role, you will need to see the big picture, define an ambitious plan and goals, and execute daily at the highest level. You will need to understand the breadth and depth of Alexa, and quickly identify why and how to engage customers on social channels through content, features, innovative integrations and products. You will be challenged to push boundaries, propose and execute new ideas, measure results and establish best practices for Alexa on Instagram and Twitter, with a strong drive for test, learn and make data-driven decisions.

Key job responsibilities
- Manage the Alexa Social Media presence including content strategy, creative briefing, publishing, reporting
- Constantly iterate and maintain Amazon’s personality and social tone of voice to stay relevant to customers. Ensure consistent brand positioning and tone of voice across all platforms.
- Leverage local, cultural and trending topics moments to make the Amazon brand relevant and connected to Brazilian audiences
- Set and monitor channel goals and report results and insights for leadership and stakeholders at a global level
- Manage agency, influencers/creative partners
- Work with platform partners to ensure the business is adopting the latest product features and best practices

About the team

The Alexa Brazil team defines, delivers, and create Alexa experiences in Brazilian Portuguese based on local customer needs. The team drives engagement, manages local content and Alexa's Brazilian personality, support device and feature launches and set priorities to improve quality for customers across device types (Echo, Fire TV, Alexa Built-in, and Mobile).
- Experience in managing creative agencies, Influencers/creators and internal creative partners
- Deep knowledge of BR culture, including Geek and Pop Culture/Movies/TV & Music
- Experience working in global brands and remote teams
- Experience with communication and report for senior management
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders and lead cross-functional projects
