International Core HR Analyst

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are seeking a highly motivated HR Analyst for the European regionto join our team. As an HR Analyst, you will have the autonomy to manage HR operational processes for 6 countries (Portugal, Spain, Romania, UK, Italy and France). You will also ensure compliance with local labor legislation and provide guidance to stakeholders on HR policies and best practices.

**ABOUT THE TEAM**

As a member of our team, you will have the autonomy to:

- Be responsible for HR Operations activities, including admission, termination, vacation, Workday updates, employee services, and benefits management in Europe
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and local labor legislation in Europe.
- Coordinate the fulfillment of demands and tickets from employees in these regions.
- Collect HR data and metrics from the HR information system (Workday) and payroll results.
- Facilitate the implementation of training, development, and hiring of new employees, as well as other related processes such as termination.
- Administer personnel updates for Payroll (vacations, leaves, etc.) and monitor safety and health information at work.
- Compile and disseminate new employment regulations and labor laws
- Prepare reports with the results of the data, and present them to senior management.
- Analyze best practices and make proposals to management.
- Educate employees on company policies and HR practices, and contribute to decision-making, scoping, and organization of HR systems projects in support of the overall HR strategy.
- Coordinate with the Global and Systems teams to ensure controls and governance framework.
- Identify opportunities to introduce new approaches, continuous improvements, and good practices.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- You are based in Brazil.
- You have advanced English skills (basic knowledge ofSpanish is a plus).
- You are proficient in the Microsoft Office package.
- You have a track record in improving customer experience, employee performance management through data analysis, and knowledge of HR systems or similar (preferably Workday).
- You have good organizational skills and a detail-oriented profile.
- You can adapt to work in a dynamic environment.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You are proactive and resourceful in proposing new ideas and improving our processes.
- You have an interest in building a career in the Payroll team.
