Realizar auditorias na ferramenta de Gestão de Projetos garantindo que os indicadores de gestão fiquem alinhados aos objetivos da área de Operações

Realizar auditorias de Qualidade nas documentações dos projetos da área de Operações garantindo a acuracidade das documentações obrigatórias conforme definido nos processos de CCMN

Auxiliar no processo de adesão e suporte da ferramenta de gestão de projetos da Logicalis

Contribuir para a evolução dos dashboards de gestão de projetos e auditorias sugerindo melhorias

Evoluir o processo de auditorias para a LATAM

Evoluir em conhecimentos sobre gestão de projetos para oferecer suporte à equipe de CCMN

**Qualificações**

Conhecimentos de Gestão de Projetos

Conhecimentos sobre os processos de Auditoria da Qualidade e ISO9001

Conhecimentos sobre Service Now
