Proposito / Objetivo

Garantizar el crecimiento rentable del portafolio de Construcción en LATAM.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Alinear los criterios de suscripción con las oportunidades de negocios y plan de cada país.
- Monitorear las métricas operativas de suscripción (hit ratio y quote ratio) y actuar para alcanzar los targets.
- Facilitar el cross sell con otras líneas de negocio.
- Asegurar la calidad de datos y registro en los sistemas de la compañía. Generar y compartir estadísticas necesarias para el desarrollo del negocio.
- Mejorar, ampliar y desarrollar guías para optimizar los procesos de suscripción.
- Capacitar a los suscriptores en el uso de raters, modelos catastróficos, coberturas, etc.
- Compartir buenas prácticas.
- Facilitar la comunicación con COG: pautas de suscripción, condiciones de contratos de reaseguro, conclusiones de portfolio review, herramientas, etc.
- Retroalimentar a COG en relación a las necesidades para desarrollar el negocio en la región.
- Asegurar información, evidencias y análisis de suscripción para un proceso de referral eficiente, en los tiempos y condiciones requeridas por el mercado.
- Disponibilizar textos y cláusulas ajustados a los modelos de pricing y guías de suscripción.
- Monitorear el cumplimiento de las metas establecidas en el plan de negocios e implementar acciones para ajustar desvíos.
- Promover la expansión de las primas del segmento con actividades comerciales y desarrollo de los negocios incluyendo plan de visitas a brokers.
- Superar las metas del plan y forecast para el segmento regional y local en apoyo a los suscriptores de los países.
- Participar en auditorias de suscripción según instrucciones del manager y comité de auditorías.

Requisitos minimos
- 4 - 6 años en industria de seguros, en la línea de negocio.
- Entender las preferencias sobre tipos de riesgo en cada sublínea: CAR, EAR, Civils y CECR.
- Educación: Carreras afín a la línea de negocio. Deseables: Ingeniería.
- Título Universitario.
