**Time zone need**:Support the Australian team in AEDT, requiring at least 4 hour overlap during the working day.

**The role?**

As an Analytics & Finance Specialist (Remote), you will directly shape how we make data-driven decisions that impact all areas of our business ranging from sales all the way to operations. You will also help spearhead the development of more streamlined financial processes to help budget and track how we deploy capital resources as we grow. You’ll be responsible for:
**Analytics and Data Visualisation Wizard**:

- Prepare, transform, and connect large datasets originating from various sources using Tableau and other tools to help teams efficiently and effectively understand all areas of the business;
- Optimise and manage dataflows that feed into Tableau and other tools to help gather, clean, and maintain datasets in data warehouses;
- Build dashboards that analyse data so that meaningful insights can be communicated using tools like Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet;
- Establish fundamental data structures and scalable processes, ensuring accurate, efficient, and reliable reporting as we grow;

**Finance Strategist**:

- Leverage a strong understanding of financial principles (or similar) to ensure accuracy and efficiency across our financial processes.
- Manage and oversee financial tasks like pay-outs, settlements, reconciliations, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Calculate BDM commissions, track false starts, and streamline SDR commission tracking.
- Generate revenue forecasts considering seasonality and potential signings to support budgeting and growth planning
- Track Accounts Payables; fees and various payables, ensuring accurate calculations and final clearance
- Work with bookkeepers to close the books, submit invoices, and categorize expenses. Identify potential fraudulent transactions and coordinate with the global team for EOM queries.

**What are we looking for?**
- Have a STEM or Commerce degree;
- Fluency in English is a must;
- Hustle. You have entrepreneurial spirit, ownership mindset, and willingness to roll up your sleeves. You must be ready to take initiative on getting projects off the ground as you will chart the course of how we leverage data insight;
- Can demonstrate expert understanding of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (e.g. advanced functions);
- Can demonstrate expert understanding of data querying for advanced analysis (e.g. advanced manipulation;
- Familiarity with HubSpot (preferred);
- Can demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate insights effectively and efficiently (preferred);
- Follow-Ups: Strong ability to track, manage, and follow up on assigned responsibilities
