**What Is Our Software For**

OrangeHRM is a platform for Human Resource professionals to manage and optimize employee
information in one central system so that this information can be fully leveraged by all company
stakeholders.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**
- Build and cultivate lasting, meaningful relationships with OHRM partner channel
- Community including resellers, integration and referral partners.
- Structure, negotiate and execute deals with prospective partners
- Ability to gather technical requirements from partners
- Participate in continuously improving our partner channel program and go-to-market
strategy
- Collaborate with our Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer Success teams to identify high value opportunities and create partner enablement content.
- Engage with lead generation, webinars and other marketing strategies.
- Research on strategic partnerships and approach them

**Skills**
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Strong negotiating skills
- Good analytic and strategic thinking
- Good technical knowledge to understand the products and their technical background.
- High level of computer literacy
- Effective organizational, time management and planning skills.

**Qualification / Experience Required**
- Degree in Business Management or IT or any other.
- At least 2 years’ experience working with foreign prospects, partner management
