The role:
As a SoftwareONE Service Desk Academy Associate, you will be working across a broad range of enterprise-class and cutting-edge technologies to support our global customer base.

You will gain real-world experience on the industry-leading Service Management tool, ServiceNow, Contact Center solution, Genesys, while building knowledge on Amazon Web Services, Microsoft 365 and Azure, Enterprise Backup, Patch, Anti-Malware, and Monitoring services.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will use your exceptional interpersonal skills to provide a fantastic first step in our customer's support journey and ensure their tickets are ready for success by defined support groups. You will be working in a fast-paced environment while providing inbound, triage, and routing support for SoftwareONE customers around the world.

You will gain a strong understanding of several technologies across various services and assist our customers where a documented standard operating procedure exists. With a growth mindset, you will have the opportunity to experience a broad range of technologies to develop technical skills or broaden your skills to further your career path.
- We support you on your way to become a world class Cloud Service Desk Associate
- In the first 3 months you will undergo intensive training
- We will train you in the areas of Azure, O365 and AWS
- You will acquire Microsoft certificates
- You will also gain consulting skills through us
- You will be integrated right from the start, work on your own projects, accompany different teams and develop yourself further

What we need to see from you:

- Interest in IT
- You have (or soon will have) a degree or apprenticeship in the IT field
- You are fluent in English (at least B1 level and eager to improve)
- You have good analytical skills, customer service skills and a high ability to learn
- You are creative, enjoy solving problems and are a team player
