- Organization Flexibility: Roles and responsibilities are important but being part of a modern organisation and often project driven the members should be prepared to work in different types of hierarchical teams without taking into consideration the job titles.
- Workgroup Skills: Our organisation needs good technical people but particularly able to work in multi-cultural teams, collaborate locally or remotely to perform tasks and able to participate in a regional/worldwide team where the business continuity and user satisfaction is the main target of all the initiatives.
- Methodological Approach: We have a reduced group of people that work in a structured model with maximum efficiency. This group have to excel in self-discipline, communication and project management skills, it means avoid shortcuts and workarounds, solve the root cause of the problems instead of its consequences and a high capacity to exchange information effectively and transparently among all the group members.
- Stress resilience: In a lean organisation, the sense of ownership is high for all the positions. It means to have the ability to solve problems and to carry out activities in a complex and adverse environment where the commitment and determination are mandatory to guarantee the results. For some situations the level of stress is high. The IT organisation must guarantee the operations and the continuity of the business at local/regional level.
- Availability to travel: The team members can visit from time to time other sites and possibly other countries.
- English fluency: Is the official language of the group, especially in IT. Spanish/Portuguese are also very important in our region.
