The
- DISTRICT MANAGER

is responsible for overseeing multiple adidas stores within an assigned region, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and a premium consumer experience. This role serves as a strategic link between Store Management and Retail Leadership, driving business results while fostering a culture aligned with adidas values.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead, coach, and develop
STORE MANAGERS

to ensure high levels of engagement, performance, and adherence to company standards.-
Monitor and analyze
KPIS

(sales, profitability, productivity) to achieve and exceed district targets.-
Ensure
OPERATIONAL COMPLIANCE

with adidas policies, procedures, and global retail standards.-
Drive a
CONSUMER-CENTRIC CULTURE

, ensuring consistent delivery of premium service and brand experience.-
Manage
TALENT DEVELOPMENT

, including succession planning, performance reviews, and team capability building.-
Collaborate with cross-functional partners (HR/Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Finance, etc.) to maximize district performance.-
Lead
STORE OPENINGS, REMODELS, AND KEY RETAIL INITIATIVES

within the district.**REQUIREMENTS**:
Proven experience in
MULTI-UNIT RETAIL MANAGEMENT

, preferably within fashion, sports, or lifestyle industries.-
Strong
BUSINESS ACUMEN

with the ability to interpret financial data and drive results.-
Demonstrated
LEADERSHIP SKILLS

, with a track record of developing and inspiring teams.-
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.-
